  • With over 20 years of shipyard experience, Hamish was responsible for the management of the design and construction of Erhama Bin Jaber Al Jalahma Shipyard in Ras Laffan

Hani Abuaker, Chief Financial Officer

  • Experienced Finance professional holding senior posts in oil & gas and finance companies in Canada prior to joining Nakilat in 2008
  • Served as Nakilat’s Chief Risk Officer overseeing risk, information security and business continuity before the appointment to his current role

  • Sailed on various types of vessels, with extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of technical and marine operations, including LNG and LPG Shipping, project development, facilities and vessel commissioning, fleet operations and management
  • Held key positions in renowned oil and gas companies such as ExxonMobil and Qatargas prior to joining Nakilat in 2011
